The idea is simple - You want the romance of sleeping in the 'great outdoors', the freedom and fun - but you don't want cramped conditions, damp bedding or inflatables! You want comfort & services too . . . Designed specifically for people who love lying in dappled woodland, who daydream about wilderness - but still like a soft fluffy bed, clean sheets, a proper bathroom with hot running water and a flushing toilet at the end of the day!
Our enormous canvas wigwams create a romantic silhouette against the french sunset and all the while a furnished, sumptuous cocoon within - fully waterproof, with a fun, romantic appeal combining practicality with an Ali Baba style sumptuous interior. Wigwams can be rented as self-catered 'glamping' accommodation, or in conjunction with any of our self-catering gites to extend the sleeping capacity for stays of 3 nights or more self-catering.
Each Wigwam is furnished with a proper double bed and is ideal for 2 persons, but feel free to bring along up to 2 kids free (bring your own bedding for the kids only). Each Wigwam enjoys it's own secluded location, furnishings, access to superb bathroom facilities, secure parking & fire Pit. Every wigwam rental comes ready erected & ready furnished, and prepared for your arrival with clean bedlinen, beds made ready & even fresh fluffy towels!

Our long mild summers are a perfect climate to camp!
The Loire climate is perfect for outdoor living - mild long summers, which can reach from April to October. Where temperatures are consistently in the high 20's and 30's in July, August & September. Mostly raining over night, allowing you to wake up to another lush, green, sunny morning!
