Our self catering prices include all costs; electricity, use of services, bed linen, bathroom towels, cleaning on departure & wood for the logfires in winter. We have no hidden extras, so there is never any more to pay or any unexpected bills at the end of your stay.

Self Catering Prices: The prices listed are for rental per gite (not per person), based on a self-catering holiday of 3 nights or longer. The sleeping capacities of each gite are clearly marked in their description pages. This calendar does not list prices for Le Mans Race Events. For availability & quotations on all events such as GP Moto, Le Mans 24hr, Le Mans Classic & others, please contact us directly with your requirements as these events are usually reserved far in advance.

Stays for 7 consecutive nights or longer receive a 10% discount on all above prices.

For short stays of 1 or 2 nights, please visit our bed & breakfast page for prices.

Feel free to contact us for a personalised quotation or to discuss your requirements. Remeber you can arrive & depart on any day of choice (subject to availability), we are not strict on our changeover days or length of stay.

All accommodation is made ready for your arrival, with beds made according to your needs and towels provided.

We require a 50% deposit to book, if you would like to check availability please contact us by e-mail or use the reservation form.

The last date of your booking is always your departure day.

Check-in to your accommodation any time after4 .00pm on your day of arrival, checking-out is by 10.30am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged with the key-holder.

All guests can order a lovely hamper crammed full of local delicacies to great them containing; Fine local Wines, patisseries, biscuits, local cheeses, pâtés, chocolates, fresh bread, coffee at £45.

Perfect for a surprise, road weary travellers or if you are worried you wont get to the shops on your first night! We can personalise the contents for you - just give us an e-mail.

Glamping: Glamps come furnished with real beds, rugs, cushions, table & fire pit (BBQ).

NO HIDDEN EXTRAS !!! You'll find a self-catering stay with us fully inclusive of all bed linen & bathroom towels, beds are made ready for your arrival according to the booking made. Fire wood for the log burners, electricity & cleaning fees are also included in the price quoted.
